We ship using local post priority shipping to most European Union countries

International shipping 0-20 kg € 3.00-10.00.

Estimated shipping time 4-10 business days.

Most common estimated time – 5 business days.

Orders for €80.00 or more are eligible for free shipping.

For Estonia and Latvia orders from €50.00 are eligible for free shipping. We use parcel pick-up that is nearest to the address you have provided us during checkout. Estimated delivery in 1-4 business days.

Tracking the order

An email with the tracking information is sent to your email address once your order has been sent. Please check your spam folder in case it has been detected incorrectly as spam.

If you do not receive an email, contact us via email at contact@funguforest.com and we are happy to send you your tracking information.

Returns and Refunds

Your rights to cancel and receive a refund. You have the right for a refund 30 days after you have received your physical item. In order to get the refund, you must ship the item back unused. You will have to ship back to Lithuania. An item must ship within a 30-day window (we will still refund if the item is shipped within 30 days but will arrive back later). You are responsible for return shipping costs, and they will not be refunded.

If you are unable to pick up an item, it will be returned back to us and you will get a refund for all your items (minus shipping fees, if they were applied to you).
